My name is Anna Field, I am an Essex based make up artist with a strong artistic background. My interest in fine art, drawing and painting, lead me onto the idea of using a completely different canvas and media to portray my interest.

I have recently graduated from Southampton Solent University where at which I completed a BA Hons degree in Hair and Makeup with Creative Direction, I received a High 2:1 as well as an extensive amount of various skills, including a wide range of photo-graphical knowledge and Level 1 airbrushing.

My interest in what I wanted to do fluctuated throughout my degree – I went through a stage of wanting to become a SFX artist but then realised that my skills were more suited towards fashion and the editorial side of the industry. Despite this, my ability to create silicone pieces improved as well as my SFX knowledge – this always seems to come in handy during fashion and beauty based shoots, shows and clients.

Throughout my 3 years at university I have been working as a freelance makeup artist for 2 of them, producing shoots and catwalk shows for not only myself but other photographers and creative directors, many of them feature here on my website.
